this girl ive had a crush on for years started working out next to me today literally when i say years i mean covid days. but i told myself. danny... you dont shit where you eat!! or whatever the saying was. anyways today. im not as inshape as i was before. so i damn near almost had a heart attack and started hyperventilating mid-workout. i started losing count in my head. im pretty sure i stretched the same side twice. gawd why did she have to pick the machine next to me. so i packed up and left.

Maybe you can benefit from breathing practice. Focus on breathing in and out maybe a minute a time for multiple times a day?

Yeah. Not for the health, but for calming down in unexpected situations. Focus on your breathing will help in those situation.
