Few thoughts after quick look into x402 whitepaper: - can there be optional auth challenge, e.g. in case required payment response depends on user wallet like in 0x swap, and client should sign SIWE like challenge (auto-sign or request the user)? - can call data be included in x402 payment required response? Complete flow: 1. Client sends request to x402 link 2. Server optionally responds with wallet signing challenge: HTTP/1.1 402 Payment Required WWW-Authenticate: Signature realm="x402", challenge="random_nonce" ... 3. Client signs the challenge with user wallet Authorization: Signature address="0xUserAddress", signature="signed_challenge" 4. I just went back in time: realized there's a restaurant nearby with the same name as one we visited with former colleagues in Abu Dhabi to try dosa, it was in 2017. And it's just as delicious!
