I don't think so, seems like new type of linking from @walletconnect which was integrated into @zerion.eth 

From what I understand it doesn't work over internet, so it deeplinks directly into the app for connection locally, hence doesn't need to establish connection in the first place.

Curious - do all existing wallets automaticall support this?
