One user of @payflow's `⚡️ Pay` action was interested to know what this warning means ❓

Yeah, your assumption is right. It usually shows up if you’re interacting with an EOA that has no history on a new chain. It’s good to double check that the recipient address is correct if you see this.

Hm that's surprising because the 2 people that I wanted to send some tokens to, have tons of onchain history. Or am I misunderstanding this?
