I think it depends on what you wanna build, if it's farcaster start with frame V2, you can even clone (copy) existing demo app by @horsefacts.eth, play around with it, make some changes 

otherwise, I suggest Alchemy Bootcamp, they have basic js/ts course as well ethereum related

Someone told me I should start from typescript, is this the right way to start learning code
