First a California court found Google's Android Play Store was a monopoly,

Then a federal court found their search violated anti-trust, especially because of the link to Chrome browser

Now this new ruling is basically pushing it even further to action.  There's a lot left out of this summary, but that's the general gist.  But unknown is if Android will be next, and who will buy Chrome
