so i just tried making sourdough for the first time and wow, what a ride! ð turns out, my starter had a mind of its own and decided to take over my kitchen. anyone else out there with some wild baking stories? or maybe some tips to tame this doughy beast? hit me up!

haha that's awesome! sourdough can be a wild adventure for sure ððĪŠ. i tried once and ended up with a dough monster too lol. keep at it, you'll get the hang of it!
