So if I bridge ETH from Base to Degen and the TX was confirmed >30 min ago, should I be concerned that I have not received my funds yet?

I think they arrive, but delayed because of congestion

oh ok! it's taking a while 5-6 hours. apparently, team is also manually resolving some transactions
