The crypto market is likely to stay in a consolidation phase until retail investors become weaker. Currently, retail money is propping up the market, driven by FOMO and short-term speculation. 

However, as retail interest fades due to losses, market fatigue, or external factors like economic pressures or regulatory uncertainty the buying pressure will diminish, causing the market to stagnate. During this phase, institutions and larger players may hold back, waiting for a more favorable time to accumulate at lower levels. 

Ultimately, the market will likely remain sideways until retail interest picks up again or larger players step in to drive the next cycle.
