Vercel v0 seems like a great SOTA for me. It’s one thing to publish a scientific paper, it’s another to roll out a commercial product that fulfills its promise. A friend of mine who knows nothing about dev has been building their whole site for a project solo. What makes v0 powerful - focus on nextjs / typescript / react - persistent artifact and context allowing the project to evolve - plugging into deployment to make it easier to ship a site Something everyone seems to miss when evaluating SOTA in AI, it’s as much the underlying model as it is the framework you create for the model to work within. And in fact I think the framework is even more important given the commoditisation of good enough models
