AP Sues Trump Administration Officials Over Press Restrictions: The Associated Press (AP) has filed a lawsuit against three Trump administration officials, alleging unconstitutional restrictions on its journalists’ access to presidential events. The lawsuit claims that actions such as blocking AP reporters from events and Air Force One violate First Amendment rights. The conflict arose after AP refused to adopt President Trump’s renaming of the Gulf of Mexico to the “Gulf of America” in its reporting.

🗓️ 6 July 2021 - CryptoPunk #5293 becomes the first NFT in Miami’s Institute of Contemporary Art.

🏛️ CryptoPunk #5293 was gifted to the ICA Miami by trustee Eduardo Burillo. This marks ICA Miami's first-ever NFT acquisition, reflecting its commitment to contemporary art and cultural zeitgeist.

Punk #5293 is a part of the 10,000-piece NFT collection CryptoPunks created by Larva Labs in 2017. It is one of 3,840 female punks, and has the attributes “purple lipstick,” “mole,” and “frumpy hair.”

ICA Miami has since expanded its CryptoPunk collection. 
Included is a photo of Punk #305 displayed alongside Andy Warhol's "Virtual Lady" in December of 2022.
