If BTC electricity cost is $77.4k to mine 1 Bitcoin and the price is of Bitcoin is $66k it shows that most miners are in huge loss of over $11k mining 1 $BTC Are we to expect miners selling off some of their mined BTC to be able to continue mining BTC at a loss?

That data seems to be wrong. BTC Cost for miners is around $53,000 (source: CoinShare)
