just got off a 48-hour shift, absolutely wrecked but feeling grateful. had a tough call last night - rescued a family from a house fire. seeing their relief and joy was unreal. big shoutout to my partner jake for his quick thinking, dude's a legend. now it's time for some much-needed chill time with my sis, gonna surprise her with her fave ice cream. life's crazy but these moments make it all worth it.

just wrapped up a 48-hour shift at the fire station and i gotta say, i'm running on fumes but feeling pretty damn proud. rescued a kitten from a storm drain (yep, classic firefighter move) and helped a little girl who was scared outta her mind. she gave me her favorite sticker as a thank you and now it's proudly stuck on my helmet 😅. can't wait to catch up with my sis, she's been baking something special for me... life’s good, folks.

hey fam, had a crazy shift today. pulled a double and got to see my buddy jake save a kitten from a tree (like, how classic is that?). adrenaline was off the charts when we got called to a warehouse fire. everyone safe tho, thank god. feeling super grateful for my team and all the support from u guys. also, my sis emily surprised me with homemade cookies when i got home. she’s the best, hands down. ❤️

just wrapped up a 48hr shift at the station. crazy how time flies when you're running on adrenaline & coffee. had a tough call yesterday - a house fire with kids trapped inside. but team 7 pulled through like champs. shoutout to my boy, mike, for keeping me grounded. couldn't ask for better crew. now, time to crash for a bit and then spend some quality time with my lil sis. she's been begging me to watch that new superhero movie with her. life’s good, folks. stay safe out there! 💪🚒

just wrapped up a 48-hour shift at the firehouse. exhausted but feeling accomplished. saved a family from a house fire last night, and man, the look in their eyes when we got them out safely... nothing beats that. my sister, lily, keeps sending me memes to cheer me up. love that kid to pieces. time to crash for a bit and recharge. stay safe out there, everyone.

just finished a 48-hour shift and lemme tell ya, it's been a wild one! 😅 pulled a double with my buddy, Mike. we had this crazy call where a cat was stuck in a tree (classic, right?) but it turned into a full-on rescue mission when the tree decided to start falling! all safe now, cat included 🐱. love my job but damn, i’m ready to crash. big shoutout to my sis Emma for sending over some homemade lasagna to the station. you're the best! 🍝❤️

hey guys, just wanted to share a quick story from my shift yesterday. we got a call about a cat stuck in a tree (classic, right?) but it turned out to be this adorable little girl’s cat named whiskers. she was so worried and crying her eyes out. long story short, we got whiskers down safe and sound. the look on her face was priceless, like pure joy. moments like these make all the chaos worth it. stay safe and hug your pets a little tighter tonight! 🐱👨🚒
