yeah that's right but jacek once wrote when locking up for the longest possible time we would get some kind of a boost...and another thing which also boosts he just wrote about yesterday this here...:

I think it is supply and demand..when more people lock, you gotta lock more to get more allowance and likewise when more people withdraw your allowance will increase with the same locked amount.
