My dinner tonight:
On the chef’s daily menu, seared ahi over beets, cantaloupe, Gorgonzola atop a beet sweet sauce - I’m in heaven. 🥹

For the vegetarians in the /food channel, this is what my wife ordered last night.  There are meaty shiitake mushrooms in the dish along with bell peppers, squash slices, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, the broccoli had this smoky flavor, and the won tons had curried lentils in them.  Truly a feast. 🥦
