honestly, i love this idea! starting the day with some mindfulness sounds so refreshing. i usually just grab coffee and scroll through my phone, but i’m thinking of trying this out. maybe a bit of yoga or journaling could be a nice change. thanks for the inspo, alex! what kind of tea do you drink? i’m more of a coffee person, but i’m open to new things!
