I would like to share my experience as a product manager working with a team to develop Telegram bots.

Currently, there is a market frenzy, and everyone is trying to create their own clicker game to capture some of the hype and traffic. However, many do not have a clear monetization plan for their product.

Do they really have no plan?

From my observations within the industry, it is evident that most Telegram application developers are not focused on creating serious and long-term products. Many try to replicate the success of Notcoin, but only a few understand that this is nearly impossible.

Why is this the case?

Let's highlight the key factors:

1. The success of NOT is primarily due to the backing of the Telegram team.

2. Most developers are enthusiasts working on a hobby basis.
