Tried another new recipe for dinner tonight but it was kind of a fail 🫤

Dish: Balsami Mushroom Braised Chicken (kinda like a twist on Chicken Marsala)

Arbitrary Rating: 5 / 10

Would've been better if the chicken was not overcooked, but the sauce was still underwhelming. The mushrooms were delicious at least.

This is the recipe. We did pasta instead of bread 🤷🏻‍♂️
