Screenshot shows it unlocked jan 6. Its still in vault but not locked. Go back to vault and relock

nope, just re-lock. you lock for 90 days, then after it unlocks. you can choose to withdraw or relock, but having it in the vault unlocked doesn't benefit you in any way. this is a screenshot below from one of my locks and the # if next to LOCKED. yours will/should show the number next to UNLOCKED. then relock it all. or some. or more! up to you.
