Oooof! This is a pain i am familiar with. 
I bypass the stupid Apple Store and do it directly now… so much better and less room for error.

What happens if you don’t upgrade it? Isn’t it just gonna auto-remove old casts/reactions? idk how it really works but am guess that based on my maxed out Reactions keeps getting reset to 0 again…
