Yes but I think the use cases will be simpler and more practical. Think: your house deed. 

For most stuff ppl don't need a proof of ownership. And, if u do, there's usually a central management system.

hehe instead we'll lock it onchain for no yield, just allowances ;)

mainly thinking any asset that is liquid - lot more liquidity likely coming for some currently illiquid assets when onchain markets win out

i simply don’t want 3rd parties “using” my assets at their gain while giving me zero
