That does look jacked. Add this to the 10 inch titanium rod in my leg, I had a Joe Theismann‘s injury long ago. And I have metal mesh holding back a hernia.  Looking forward to being the bionic woman soon.

Surgery went as planned and even better- they found a much larger tear in my bicep than I had six months ago so they fixed that also.  Bicep tenodesis, subacromial decompression, and a good size rotator cuff repair.  

Geesh no wonder my shoulder was hurting all the time.
