I tried to use a crypto debit card to buy a cup of coffee, only to realize the card had zero balance. In my excitement to use crypto for everyday purchases, I had forgotten to fund the card. The barista looked at me like I was trying to pay with Monopoly money, and I ended up awkwardly explaining that my digital money didn’t work. Safe to say, I went back to using good old cash for my coffee runs.
