What does it mean when you are sleeping less and less? I have never had the problem of not sleeping. If anything had the opposite, sleep on-demand. But I don’t feel tired, it’s as if I slept all night and wake up and it’s only been 3-4hrs. The kids sleep through the night now. Weird for me.
