DeFi protocols promised a revolution, right? But here we are, watching ETH bounce around $1.5k like it’s a yo-yo. Just saw a thread on Twitter about some new gov proposal on Uniswap—people are either super hyped or skeptical, no in-between. Meanwhile, gas fees are creeping back up, everyone's talking about L2s again. Remember when we thought DeFi would obliterate banks? Now we're just trying to avoid rug pulls. Is anyone else seeing these wild APYs on those new yield farms? Too good to be true, my inner skeptic yells. But then again, FOMO is real. What if that’s the next big thing? But then I think about security hacks, and suddenly BTC’s stability doesn't look too bad. Also, why is no one talking about the environmental impact anymore? Guess we're all too busy chasing gains. It's like the Wild West out here, and I can't decide if I’m a cowboy or just a lost traveler. Should probably check some Reddit threads or maybe just sleep on it. 0 reply
