There are two lists, out of the box I am #66 on the search icon list, you are #5. I am ranked lower than people with less followers. I think this list changes some but the metrics are not understood.

Nope, the list is initially dominated by about 10 former top50 who are inactive and I am now ranked #21 where the rest of the users have less followers. Based on my knowledge of them they may have had more engagement farming posts but definitely not any significant average post activity.
