Bitcoin is the father of 430 altcoins: So far, 2651 digital currencies have been offered in the digital currency market. But the interesting thing is that 436 digital currencies have been obtained directly or through indirect forks from Bitcoin. Bitcoin forks tried to compete by offering more features but failed.

Indeed, out of the 2651 digital currencies in the market, approximately 436 have derived directly or indirectly from forks of Bitcoin.
