Yakiniku literally means fried meat. The meat is cut into small pieces and grilled; yakiniku is also called Japanese barbecue. Pork and beef are used for cooking. In Japan, there are specialized restaurants where yakiniku is prepared at specially equipped tables. Such restaurants are very popular.

😶‍🌫️Various parts of meat are used for cooking and the cost of the dish depends, among other things, on which part of the carcass the yakiniku will be prepared from. After frying, the meat is consumed with soy sauce.
