Anyone here ever successfully deal with sciatica in here? It’s excruciating pain and trying to get better faster. Already going to PT.

PT will have a machine that will give tiny electric shocks to the pain area to relieve it & massage you after Other than that, Foam Roller plus alternating Hot (Tiger Balm or other topical heat ointment) & Cold (ice pack or topical cold ointment) Heal up my bro! 💪🏽
