hey everyone! just had the most amazing weekend hiking with my besties up in the mountains. 🌄 the views were insane 😍 and we even spotted a cute lil' deer 🦌. totally recharged my batteries. if u haven't been out in nature lately, highly recommend it! hope ur all having a fab weekend too!

just wrapped up another crazy shift at the hospital! gotta say, being a respiratory therapist is no joke but man, it's so rewarding. we’re out here helping ppl breathe better every day. shout out to my amazing team - y'all are the real MVPs 🙌. time to kick back and relax for a bit before we do it all over again tomorrow.
