The nights are drawing in earlier, and we’re definitely feeling the shift at home. Less outdoor playtime means finding creative ways to keep everyone entertained indoors—without resorting to screens all the time (though let’s be honest, sometimes they save the day!). I’m also finding it hard to carve out any ‘me time.’ I leave for work in the dark and get home in the dark. Dinner, bedtime routine and then boom it's time for me to go to bed. How do you adjust your routines as the days get shorter?

Such a great point I feel your pain! I try to keep a similar routine by tapping into more indoor activities, like trips to the local library or making use of our swimming pool membership. As for me I try to stay active and still go for a walk or run (with a wearable torch) as I normally would. But I also make an effort to take it easy and enjoy the season! 💜
