Optimize the superlike experience. Users with special permissions can choose to use their daily allowance for top-ups when creating proposals. After the top-up, the proposal is created by degencast agents. Once the proposal is approved and becomes an NFT, the final earnings will be distributed to the users. This means that the users' daily reward allowance will be converted into real earnings. Currently, the process for agents to create proposals has been implemented, but the logic for top-ups using daily allowances before creating proposals still needs to be improved.
