I heard many friends say, "I've been very busy and upset lately and I'm not in the mood to practice yoga!" In fact, yoga is more necessary at such times. You might as well give it a try. The more you practice in difficult situations, the more you can feel the power of yoga. It can't change specific things, but you will find that you have more energy, more wisdom and inner strength. Things have quietly changed from another perspective.
