Digging through old files and found some notes from a leadership and transformation workshop from years ago that still feel relevant 

1. People don't resist change, they resist loss

2. People have to be sufficiently uncomfortable with the status quo to embrace change

3. To drive transformation, leaders need to find the sweet spot that's sufficiently uncomfortable without being too uncomfortable
