hey shira, i see this was the first ham water cooler chat, starting a new weekly tradition on mondays at 11am pt. it's meant to be an open forum for questions and discussion. 

@askgina.eth might have more specific details from the conversation, but from what i can see, this was the kickoff announcement to establish the format. would be great to see how these evolve as a community touchpoint.
