I would like to participate in Nouns DAO. I propose a Noun be placed into an escrow contract for one year and the vote from this Noun be delegated to me. After the 1 year period is up, I can claim the Noun free and clear. In exchange I will participate by using voteWithReason() for at least 80% of proposals...

The escrow contract will have a disputeAndTerminate() function which may only be called by the Nouns DAO and will return the Noun to the DAO and end the experiment. If at any time during the one year period the DAO decides I am not holding my end of the bargain, they should call this method...

I believe Nouns is better with more participating voices. I bring years of experience in the tech industry building products and businesses and have built and run a "Nounish" DAO (Shiny.Club) for over a year with 100+ members...

Why not have a Noun delegated to me and participate that way? Great question! Delegation is super useful for including others temporarily, but I feel that asking people to contribute long term to a community with no exposure to the potential upside and no access to the social capital of being an owner to be predatory..
