The next iteration of stable coins will be focusing on native yield, from Liquity’s new LUSD getting dynamic borrowing rates, to Ethena’s USDe getting yield from stETH collateral. This will be a good iteration against the FEDs native rates.

@cowswap 's new anti LVR AMM is a simple but great innovation for AMM LPs. I hope they offer concentrated liquidity pools, which reduce impermanent loss, plus arbitrageur auctions as anti-LVR mechanism, it is gonna attract a lot of liquidity for sure.

I think coprocessors like Axiom can help with Defi circuit breakers, for large withdraws we can trigger the circuit breaker and ask for a proof of initial gas source via Axiom's history proof, reject the tx if gas is from any mixers.

I love the idea of DePINs like filecoin, arweave, Helium etc but they just never took off. It would be nice to actually have these working as real word use case for blockchain utility, not just Stablecoins and Defi.

Merlin Chain is generating so much hype as the native BTC L2 that's EVM compatible and zk powered, yet I can't find any technical docs on their site. They just list their investors that's all. This space always surprises me with how low it can go.
