In his final year of law school, a boy found himself devastated after not getting placed on Day Zero. 

As he struggled with disappointment, his two best friends and his girlfriend became his pillars of strength, always there with late-night talks, laughter, and moments of pure joy.

Their presence reminded him that setbacks didn’t define him, and with them by his side, he slowly found hope again.

A few months later, a company finally selected him, and the happiness on his friends’ and girlfriend’s faces was unmatched.

They celebrated every night, dancing, laughing, and staying up until dawn, savoring every moment of their last days together. 

On the final night, the three friends shared one last drink, promising to stay connected no matter where life took them. 

Now, whenever they reunite, they find themselves lost in the nostalgia of those golden days. As for the boy and his girlfriend, they knew they were each other's future, with plans for marriage just around the corner.

Back in high school, I was obsessed with the idea of becoming a software engineer. Coding was my thing. I’d spend hours messing around with code, trying to build apps and games. So, naturally, I had my eyes set on cracking this top engineering exam. It felt like the only way to get where I wanted. I studied day and night, gave up all my distractions, and thought I had it all figured out.

But when the results came out, it hit me hard. I didn’t make it. It felt like everything I had worked for just slipped out of my hands. It was tough to accept at first, but looking back, I guess life had different plans for me.
