Donald Watson September 2, 1910-November 16, 2005 (the founder of the word vegan) means an absolute vegetarian. Watson became a simple vegetarian at the age of 14, and at the age of 30, after learning the facts about the industrial production of milk, he joined absolute vegetarianism or veganism.
