If you come to Japan, there's a spot you should definitely visit: a shiratama café in Kamakura called "雲母" (pronounced as Kirara). The café is known for its giant shiratama, which are freshly boiled, warm, and have an irresistible chewy texture. I waited in line for three hours, but it was worth it. Are you hungry? Writing this has made me want to eat there again. lol
