distribution chart: This chart shows the label status of users whose spam label "0" was removed between January 30 and February 28, as of March 7.

Insights:
 - An algorithm update is suspected to have occurred around February 19, after which spam labels were gradually removed over the following days.
 - However, by March 7, most users had reverted to label "0" or "1", with only about 12% managing to retain label "2".
 - Additionally, since the spam label removal process took place over several days rather than all at once, it suggests that users are not reviewed simultaneously every hour.

Recently created accounts are rarely classified as Label 1 and are mostly categorized as Label 0. Should ‘Account Verifications’ be mandatory for new users?
