I've never talked about my job before, but I work for an IT company. Since I do a lot of desk work, I need a change of pace sometimes, so I try to have lunch outside. I also go for walks afterwards. It's too hot right now, though... Do you guys do anything to take a break during work?

I work from home so my breaks are usually cleaning the house lol

oh I have a good story for that. I had just gotten out of the shower and was wearing nothing. Guess what I did...

hit the camera on teams... thank god it was with a woman I work with closely. we still laugh about it. lol

Oh, it's good that it was a woman. But, since it can also be recorded, be careful. It's a good idea to cover the camera with a sticker when you're not using it...👍
