Moshicam suddenly logged out, and when I logged back in using the passkey, the wallet was empty. Is there any way to fix this?

should be able to go to your profile tab on moshicam -> click ... -> copy wallet address

Yes, it seems the link has changed. The passkey was saved in 1Password and was created around June. I don't have any clues about other passkeys, but is it difficult to identify it?

so are you logging in with the same passkey you created in june? or have you lost access?

basically you want to make sure to log in with the same passkey that controls the older smart wallet address!

from our side we're unable to identify the passkey name- this isn't revealed to us by the passkey manager

Since I started using moshicam, I’ve never logged out, so I haven’t had the opportunity to generate a new passkey. I also haven't changed devices. However, I’ll double-check to see if there are any other passkeys left on my device. This is related to the iOS specifications, right?

1. Yes, I am logging in with the passkey that was generated in June. I have tried logging out and logging back in several times.

2. I might have accidentally created multiple passkeys at that time, but I don’t remember for sure 🥲. I do recall having some trouble with the setup. It’s concerning that a new wallet was created recently, because if I had logged in once, the wallet should have been created at that time.

so this lines up with the older wallet that is associated with your OG account.

1. are you logging in with that same June passkey in 1Password?
2. or are you logging in with a new/different passkey?
