Yeah totally get that, and honestly I think success comes down to two things—ideas and execution. Both matter equally IMO (though yeah, some folks love to say “ideas are like assholes…” you know the rest 😅). Warpcast can definitely execute, no question there. But they’re building something way bigger—like a Telegram for the world. I’m trying to build something more niche, like a Hacker News for crypto-native degens.

At the end of the day, I don’t have to answer to investors asking how we turn $150M into billions. I just want to build something fun, with a real use case for degens, that gives better distribution for the DEGEN chain and token. If we can hit even one of those, we’re already ahead of 90% of the meme coins out there.

This isn’t the VC game. It’s the meme game. We don’t need revenue charts and KPIs—we need fun, virality, and a strong community. That’s the real north star. I’ll be thinking more on all this too as we build.
