Topic of the day Health: My health by starting every morning with a glass of warm water and lemon. It helps wake up my body and feels refreshing. I like to do light yoga or stretching to stay flexible and relaxed. Eating balanced meals is important, so I try to include proteins, healthy fats, and greens in every meal. When I feel unwell, I drink herbal tea, like chamomile or peppermint, to soothe my body. I also use a heating pad for aches or take a warm bath with Epsom salt to feel better. Fresh air is helpful, so I open windows or take short walks outside, even when I’m sick. I avoid junk food and sugary drinks because they make me feel worse. Staying positive and listening to music helps me recover faster.
