Scaling the L1 will "rug the rollup roadmap" No it won't. "L2s" are not a real thing They are just chains that use services offered by Ethereum If the quality of service provided by Etheruem is not good, L2s will look somewhere else for these services Scaling the L1, if anything, makes it a more attractive place for rollups
