1) Turkish --> Love me some Lahmacun / Börek / Gözleme
2) North Indian / Pakistani (too die for)
3) Greek--> Dolma!!
4) Anything potato (agree with @reneecampbell that this needs its own cuisine)
5) Colombian food (best fruit + ceviche)
