I wish it was always the case, but I feel like most of the time hard work doesn’t get you where you need to be. It’s frustrating when you do all the work and then nothing!

Well, I don't totally agree with you and that's because I think on the long run - there is always something to win. Maybe is not what you looked at and maybe there is not close to you, at least this is happening in my case. I also when I get frustrated and I realize it focus my energy somewhere else because its distructive
