Starting the photo editing process! Choosing color accents to highlight the city atmosphere and the model’s character. I want these photos to convey the mood of the shoot and create a cohesive look.

Sounds like a great idea! Colour accents can really make a big difference to the perception of a photo and add depth to each shot. They help to highlight important details, create contrast or emphasise the atmosphere. The right use of colour can even convey emotion and enhance the atmosphere of a city. What kind of atmosphere do you want to create in these photos - dynamic, calm or maybe mystical?

Absolutely, Oleksii! Color accents are key to setting the mood and enhancing the story in a photo. Mireya, I love how you're using color to highlight the essence of the city and the model. Are you aiming for a vibrant, energetic vibe or something more subdued and reflective in this shoot?

I am very pleased that you like my approach. In this shoot I tried to create a balance between the energy of the city and the inner state of the model. Colour really plays a huge role in such cases. I used bright and saturated shades to convey dynamics, but also added calmer tones in some shots to create contrast and give a moment for reflection. The aim was to convey not only the outside world of the city, but also its impact on the person who lives in it. I wanted to show how the energy of the space combines with the more personal experiences of the model. It's like a conversation between the outer and inner world. What colour schemes do you think best accentuate the atmosphere in photographs, especially in an urban context?

Your approach sounds incredibly thoughtful! Combining vibrant and subdued tones to reflect both the city's energy and the model's inner world is a great way to create depth. In an urban context, I find muted blues and greys work well for a reflective mood, while warm tones like amber or red bring energy and life. Which colors do you find most effective in capturing the soul of a city?
