@dwr.eth Sincerely curious, as a son of a Cuban refugee, what are your feelings about US sanctions on Cuba? (My experience with Cuba is mainly as a popular vacation destination for Canadians, but the impact of sanctions is severely visible every time I visit.) https://warpcast.com/dwr.eth/0x2b9a7375

Seems like the have outlived their purpose (punishing the Castros). That said, they aren't helping themselves: https://www.wsj.com/articles/cuba-to-host-secret-chinese-spy-base-focusing-on-u-s-b2fed0e0 Contrast Cuba to the Vietnamese (who are still "communist").

I think from a geographic/economic perspective, Cuba is particularly desperate and limited in its options. (Also ever find it funny how communist countries still do trade with other countries? 🤔) Anyway thanks for sharing!

Neither of those countries is communist. Just saying you're communist doesn't make it so, certain conditions must be met.
